'What are we going to do Bluesage?’ She kept her sight out the window of the cab. She didn’t want any dinner. He had the cabbie stop and get a bucket of chicken. Patty might be hungry later, as he was sure Beckster would be when they arrive home. He could not get her to look at him. She was devastated and knew it was her family doing it to them. It gave her feelings of self worth issues he would have to dissect later in their day. Not now he thought to himself. He decided to try anyway.

As they sat riding toward home, he began to talk to her quietly. ‘Patty, there are millions of roads that lead to success and fulfillment. There is virtually no limit to the number of ways your dream can be reached. There's no need to give up on that dream just because one of the most obvious ways is blocked. We will get by this my darling wife.

We will survive. Instead of focusing on how you can't get there, consider all the other alternatives: For they are most certainly there. We can find a way to the east that your father will never know about. Now stop this worry and come here.’ He took her in his arms and held her tight. He kissed her sweetly and kept her close.

The taxi stopped at the edge of the forest. ‘This is it huh? Okay here take this with a bit of a bonus’ Blue paid him and walked over to his wife. She stood waiting for him, drying her face off of the tears she had shed. ‘You ready mama for that boy of ours?'

He hugged her and felt how engorged she was. 'That little guy must be plenty hungry.'

She had a sharp pain all of a sudden in the middle of her gut. She bent and groaned, then stood and smiled. 'Well I guess that passed, I am pretty full Blue, we stayed longer than you said we would.' Her eyes cut over to him, and he winked. She smiled and turned toward the trees. She had her own path towards the tent and her baby.

Blue stood waiting for the taxi to move. The driver had been given a blessing that required a short time of no movement.

The driver had finally woke and began to slowly drive off, feeling better than he had in years. Steven saw on the sidewalk

a bag that he recognized. He could hear his wife breathing hard; she was running.  He gathered himself and the bag

and transferred himself near his wife, stopping to give her a warning first.

‘Patty, you are in heels darling, you must not run.' She ignored him as she turned towards the tents.

A turn past the thicket of trees and she heard a wailing that was her baby. She shriked and began to run

faster.

She was horrified to find him soaking wet and so distressed. ‘Shh baby, mama is here. Bluesage, find that girl NOW.’

Blue had in his hand a sheet of paper he found on the table. He looked at Patty as she began to take David inside to clean him up and calm him down. She could not feed him while he was all soaked. She was trying to stay calm. Her mind raced.

He had not shown her the bag, it wasn't the right time. He walked over to Becky's tent and saw that she was not in her tent. He knew she was not. While Patty was in the tent with the baby, he examined the contents of the bag he had found.  He saw she had clothes in it with personal items also. 'I bet she misses this bag.  Seems she had a bag hidden, ready for this event. She must have forgotten it.'

He was not happy, and was concerned how he would break the news to Patty.
