They quietly finished their meal. He watched her as she quickly gathered all dishes for cleaning. He tried to help and she moved his hand away. She wanted some time alone, and he respected that. He checked on the baby, then felt a need to check online for the movement of the carnival. He had seen flyers at the site and suspected that Becky might have moved on already. Becky's dad had no thoughts that the owners would have kept her there with trashcans until the late hour.

'I cannot stand you. I know you are part of our world yet I detest bugs.' She  quickly began to spray them with the formula that Blue had developed for her. As she killed them, more moved into the room, in a swarm of red liquid. This did not worry Patty, Blue had also a dry salt to scatter over the swarm. In no time they all disappeared, part of his charm he set about. This gave her a moment of pleasant thoughts, then she had to return to her obsession of clean.

'Huh, I guess I should stop' pushing her hair off her face. She moved the boxes, checked her baby, then sat quietly. This was a nice conclusion to his push. He knew the depth of her feelings, and tried all his powers to help her settle it all safely within. He sat for some time and listened to her breathing. It was smooth and calm and she was ready for a slight change.
