I've spent too long With an endless stream of garbage too:

On the inside out

Bob drags himself out of bed. He sees that it is almost eight. He looks over at his wife and feels badly. Bob did not get up with the baby once last night. He heard a rumble and looked out to see the bus on the cross street. He jumped up, went, and got Tommy out of bed. Tommy complained that the baby kept him awake last night. Bob reminded him that if he ever wanted a break from Aunt Betty and the baby, he might choose to get himself ready for school. He saw the school bus already. Tommy jumped at the thought of leaving them behind. In no time he was out the door with an apple in his hand

David began to cry and woke Betty up. She felt like she had been run over or fallen off a cliff. She had not ever had any children of her own, and to be up every few hours with a newborn was more than she knew how to deal with.

As she bent to pick him up, her muscles spasm and she cried out in pain. ‘Oh SimsGod that hurts. Bob bring me some cream for my back please. All right already baby. I should have taken a smaller baby. You are so heavy to me.’

She looked down at him and saw how terribly unhappy he was. She had no idea that a baby requires closeness and she was too cold natured to understand this need. David was crying out for love and she was only able to feed him. She changed his clothes and gave him a bath. David protested but Betty seemed to not be bothered by his anger.
