Breathe, breathe in the air.. Don't be afraid to care.
Days were hard for the Bluesage family. Often everything would be fine and then Patty would fall into a deep sadness. She worried her milk would be gone soon. It was expected as her milk supply had begun to dwindle with no feedings. She called the Nurses Hotline to find out what to do. Of course she never told them who she was or what her situation was exactly. They highly recommended that she pump her milk and store it. The baby would need it soon after he returned from the visit. The nurse seemed surprised that a young seven week old would be allowed to visit away from home without his mother. Patty hung up when the questions became more intense.
Becky worked on her studies and fought the urge to discuss with her mother the situation. She realized it was so tender and raw it would not help her. She made a point to talk to her dad as often as he would allow. One evening Patty was refolding the baby clothes in the basket. She had replaced the sheets in his crib. The bed was made, the floor vacuumed. Blue was in the kitchen helping Becky with some studies. Patty opened a dresser drawer and saw David's tiny little booties. She picked them up and held them. They smelled so good and so much like her little baby. Her mind was fogged over and she began to feel faint.
Becky was reading out loud to her father. ˜The more you enjoy the place where you are, the better that place will be. The more you enjoy the moment you're in, the more treasures that moment will bring. Even when you have no reason to enjoy life, enjoy it anyway. For joy is its own best reason. It does no harm to anyone for you to enjoy who you are and what you're doing. In fact, your genuine enjoyment can bring joy to many others.' She stopped and looked up at him and smiled.
˜You're always better at doing the things you enjoy. So enjoy as much as you can is how I want you to see things daughter. Don't let others limit your thinking about what's enjoyable and what's not. Enjoyment is a state of mind and of being, not a state of outside affairs. You know I have always believed Becky that we're here to enjoy the experience of all the ups and downs. Our enjoyment will bring the ups more and more often. Do you see that honey?'
Becky was listening intently. ˜Yes I see dad. Can I have a cookie?' Blue smiled at her. She had been at this all evening. ˜Sure you can, but lets go find mom and see how she is.'
Dad and Becky walked down the hallway talking. 'Dad, how long is David going to be gone?' He stopped and bent down to her eye level. ˜Becky, we make our own reality every day. You must see that we will find our baby and he will be in our home soon. That is the best advice I can tell you. If you can dream it, if you can imagine it, then you can be it, you can do it. If it is meaningful enough, and you commit the energy of your passion, you will see it through. Now lets go find mom.'

They came in just as Pattys dizziness became worse. She began to faint and Blue caught her before she fell and hit her head. ˜Dad is she going to do that every day?' It is hard sometimes to understand adult situations as a young teenager. Blue told Becky to go ahead and get her cookies and milk. He would stay with mom and help her. Bluesage held Patty in his arms until she regained consciousness. She looked at him and he shushed her. ˜Patty, lets pray darling

Patty grabbed her robe and tried to pull it off. Bluesage helped her and took it from her. She knelt down and began to wail, 'Sims God, please please please give me back my baby. I am sorry if I have offended thee in any way and I know I shall always pay for my sins. Please Sims God, I must have my baby back.'
Steven quickly knelt by her, 'Our Sims Lord knows the Truth of Life and our son is in the arms of our Lord. Our David is a pure angel as all babies are. His nature is pure and full of goodness our Lord, please hear our cries. We are ever thankful for all that is given, and feel our blessings each moment. Please give my wife and children the Life of Patience and Peace, please know I shall go forth and move the Love of Sims God forward with each day.'
Becky was a sweet child, cleaning the kitchen. She made her mother a plate of food and stored it in the fridge. Looking around the kitchen made her remember her own moments of freedom that had just past. The feeling of guilt ran over her heart, giving her pain. That time was important at the moment, yet now it means nothing; Her baby brother gone, her mother's mind gone, her daddy so worried he can't find the way to Peace. She stopped that thought. She knew her dad had the powers to change events; dad had powers. Why he did not use his powers to bring David back confused her.
